- Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to See Through Walls – Photographic Poster Prints.
“You”, “Your” refers to the customer placing an order on Our Website.
“Website” refers to seethroughwalls.co.uk.
“Goods” refers to the photographic poster prints and other related items offered for sale on Our Website.
“Order” means an order placed by You for the purchase of Goods.
“Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed between You and Us when We accept Your Order. - About Us
See Through Walls is a UK-based company selling photographic poster art featuring original photographs created by the owner of See Through Walls.

By placing an Order through Our Website, You are offering to purchase Goods subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The steps required to form a Contract between You and Us are as follows:
1) You select the Goods You wish to purchase and add them to Your shopping cart.
2) You proceed to the checkout process.
3) You review Your Order and provide Your payment details and delivery address.
4) You submit Your Order by clicking the “Place Order” or similar button.
5) You will then receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of Your Order. This email does not constitute acceptance of Your Order.
Your Order is accepted, and a Contract is formed when We dispatch the Goods to You and send You a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse any Order at Our discretion. If We refuse Your Order, We will notify You by email and refund any payment already made.
- Goods and Pricing
The images of the Goods on Our Website are for illustrative purposes only. While We strive to display colours accurately, We cannot guarantee that Your computer or device will display colours precisely as they appear on Our Goods.
All descriptions, specifications, and sizes of the Goods are approximate.
The price of the Goods will be as displayed on Our Website at the time You place Your Order.
Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.
Delivery charges are included in the price of the Goods if shipped to a UK address, and otherwise will be added to the total amount due. The delivery charges applicable to Your Order will be displayed during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to change the prices of Goods at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect Orders that We have already accepted.
- Payment
Payment for Goods and delivery charges must be made in full at the time of placing Your Order.

By placing an Order, You confirm that the credit or debit card or other payment method being used is Yours or that You have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If Your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, We will not accept Your Order, and We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. - Delivery
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Your Order within 3-5 working daysof accepting it. However, delivery times may vary depending on Your location and other factors beyond Our control.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and damage to the Goods passes to You upon delivery. - Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, You have the right to cancel Your Contract within 14 days from the day after You receive the Goods without giving any reason.
To exercise Your right to cancel, You must inform Us of Your decision to cancel by a clear statement via email at the details above. You can use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for You to send Your communication concerning Your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation: If You cancel this Contract, We will reimburse to You all payments received from You, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if You chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by You.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which We are informed about Your decision to cancel this Contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until We have received the Goods back or You have supplied evidence of having sent back the Goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the Goods or hand them over to Us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which You communicate Your cancellation of the Contract to Us. The deadline is met if You send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Goods to Us.
Third Party Rights
No third party shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
As a consumer, You have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by Your right to cancel or these Terms and Conditions.
If You receive Goods that are faulty or misdescribed, please notify Us as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.
Upon verification, We will offer You a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Your legal rights.
You may be required to return the faulty or misdescribed Goods to Us at Our expense.
Intellectual Property
All photographic poster art offered for sale on Our Website features original photographs created by the owner of See Through Walls. All intellectual property rights in these Goods, including the copyright in the photographic images and the design of the posters, are and shall remain the sole property of See Through Walls.
You are granted a limited licence to use the Goods for personal, non-commercial display purposes only. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Goods or any part thereof for any commercial purpose without Our prior written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Our total liability to You for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Contract shall be limited to the total price You paid for the Goods.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill arising from or in connection with the Contract.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performing Our obligations due to events outside Our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any Contract formed between You and Us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the subject matter of the Contract.
Variations
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on Our Website, and the updated Terms and Conditions will apply to any Orders placed after the date of posting. It is Your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions each time You place an Order.
