We want your new art to arrive in perfect condition and look even better on your wall. Because we ship our prints in specialized triangular cardboard tubes to minimize plastic waste and maximize protection, our returns process is designed to be as eco-friendly as possible.
UK Orders: Returns & Exchanges
For all UK orders, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the art isn’t the right fit for your space, you have the following options:
- 14-Day Exchange Window: If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your print and would like to swap it for another piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
- 30-Day Refund Window: You may return your unwanted print for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
- Customer-Paid Returns: For “change of mind” returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during their return journey.
- Condition: To stay in line with our plastic-free mission and ensure the print remains in perfect, resellable condition, items must be returned in their original triangular cardboard tube.
International (Overseas) Orders
- Final Sale: Due to the significant carbon footprint and high logistical costs of long-haul transit, all overseas orders are Final Sale. They are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee or exchanges for change of mind.
- Damages: If an overseas order arrives damaged, please follow the “Reporting Damage” steps below.
The “Recycle-First” Damage Policy
We take great care in our packaging, but if a courier has been a little too rough, we prioritize the planet over shipping broken goods back and forth. If your print arrives damaged, we require evidence within 48 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.
Please follow these steps:
- Inspect Before Opening: If the triangular tube arrives visibly crushed, bent, or torn, please take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.
- Document the Art: If the print inside is damaged, take a clear photo of the creases or tears.
- Contact Us: Email hello[at]seethroughwalls.co.uk with your order number and the photos.
- Sign as “Damaged”: If you are present for delivery and the package looks compromised, please sign for it as “Damaged” with the courier.
Sustainability in Action: Instead of asking you to mail a damaged item back, we will trigger our “Recycle-First” policy. Once your claim is approved, we ask that you responsibly dispose of the damaged paper and cardboard in your local recycling bin. This avoids the unnecessary CO2 emissions of a “return to base” shipment.

Our triangular tubes are 100% recyclable and contain no plastic end-caps. We kindly ask that you dispose of all paper and cardboard in your local recycling bin to help us keep our brand’s footprint as small as possible.
Note: Without photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product provided within the 48-hour window, we are often unable to file a claim with our couriers, which may limit our ability to provide a free replacement.
