Returns & Exchanges

We want your new art to arrive in perfect condition. Because we ship our prints in specialized triangular cardboard tubes to minimize plastic waste and maximize protection, our returns process is designed to be as eco-friendly as possible.

UK Orders
Exchanges: If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your print, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange this.

The "Recycle-First" Policy: To reduce our carbon footprint, if a refund is approved or a replacement is being sent, we may elect not to have the item returned. Instead, we may ask you to responsibly recycle the original print locally to avoid the environmental impact of return shipping.

International (Overseas) Orders

Final Sale: Due to the high logistical costs and environmental impact of long-haul transit, all overseas orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Damages: If an overseas order arrives damaged, please follow the "Reporting Damage" steps below. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis with a replacement or refund.

Reporting Damage in Transit

We take great care in our packaging, but if a courier has been a little too rough, we need your help to hold them accountable. To process a claim for a replacement or refund, we require evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Please follow these steps:

1 - Inspect Before Opening: If the triangular tube arrives visibly crushed, bent, or torn, please take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.

2 - Document the Art: If the print inside is damaged, take a clear photo of the creases or tears.

3 - Contact Us: Email hello[at]seethroughwalls.co.uk  with your order number and the photos of the tube and the print.

4 - Sign as "Damaged": If you are present for the delivery and the package looks compromised, please sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier.

Note: Without photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product, we are often unable to file a claim with our couriers, which may limit our ability to provide a free replacement.

Sustainability Matters
Our triangular tubes are 100% recyclable and contain no plastic end-caps. If we do not require you to return a damaged or exchanged item, we kindly ask that you dispose of the paper and cardboard in your local recycling bin to help us keep our brand’s footprint as small as possible.
